Post Conflict Reconstruction
Post Conflict Reconstruction
Developed by ECOPA- APOCOR, this methodology is designed to be universally applicable yet adaptable to the specific context of each case. It draws upon established practices shaped by modern historical conflicts—including World War II, the Lebanese civil war, and the Yugoslav wars. The methodology has been presented at various international conferences and events in Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, USA, and Germany, contributing to global discourse on post-conflict reconstruction and planning.
ECOPA was a founding partner of the Alliance for Post-Conference Reconstruction (APOCOR) in 2019.
APOCOR brings together academics and professionals from several countries, including Egypt, Denmark, Germany, Lebanon, Libya, and Iraq. ECOPA's specific contribution was developing and initiating the post-conflict reconstruction methodology for application in post-conflict zones.
